How should I care for my block-printed fabric?
Hand washing is recommended using cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach. Dry in shade and iron on the reverse side to preserve the natural dyes and craftsmanship.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently House of Dia delivers within Pakistan. International shipping will be introduced soon.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Exchanges are available for faulty or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
Is the block printing done by hand?
Yes. Each design is printed using hand-carved wooden blocks by artisans in Multan.
Why are there slight color variations?
Natural dyes and hand printing techniques create subtle variations. These differences reflect the authenticity of handcrafted textiles.
Can I place a custom order?
Custom orders are available for bridal collections and bulk purchases. Please contact us directly for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
